Heavy 14k Gold Vintage Belcher(ish) Ring with Oval Rosecut Diamond

I've been holding on to this ring for a long time, thinking I would keep it but I think the time if right to share it with you. The rosecut, hand-cut diamond is older than the setting itself. The setting is similar to a belcher setting, which allows light to enter the stone from all angles, ensuring many mega-sparkles. I like to think of the stone on a pedestal with this setting but it still has the ideal golden ratio of stone:gold.

This is a large ring, sized 10.25. It's a rare find!
